  • GME offering Safe Spaces for individual/group counseling sessions
    • Safe Space:  Ross Hall, Room 103A and Room 401B – both are safe spaces, areas where you can experience quiet time to meditate or just relax.  Access to Room 103A is by GW ID badge. Room 401B, the meditation room, is open at all times.
    • In-person counseling:  Ross Hall, Room 106B has been designated as a meeting space for residents and fellows who wish to meet individually or as a group with counselors from the GW Resiliency and Well-Being Center.
      • Available times are 7 – 8 am, and 12 – 1 pm, Monday through Friday.
    • Virtual counseling:  5-6 pm Zoom sessions daily (Monday through Friday) at this link:

    • You do not need an appointment to attend the in-person or virtual sessions.
    • Additional times for in-person or virtual counseling can be arranged by contacting:

    • Peer Caregivers:  The Resiliency and Well-Being Center, in partnership with the GW MFA, has a cohort of trained managers and staff who can provide brief counseling, support, and guidance to additional resources at GWU.  For the listing of Peer Caregivers, please go to this link:  https://rwc.smhs.gwu.edu/care-caregiver.
