Here are a couple of our favorite EM resources:
Rebel EM is a FOAMEd project founded by Salim Rezaie, MD, FACEP that is primarily a blog with fantastic visual aids/infographics breaking down core content and journal articles. In addition, it has short/to-the-point podcasts covering the same, often with Anand Swaminathan, MD making an appearance.
The Internet Book of Critical Care (IBCC) is part of the EMCrit universe (the ECU if you will) where names like Scott Weingart, MD and Josh Farkas, MD hang their hats with some of the most easy to access info for your critical care needs. We have found this site to be incredibly useful when managing critical patients in the ED, and best of all, for your off-service rotations in the ICU!
